With October being the month of Canadian women and war and November being the month of Remembrance, some survivors of Military Sexual Trauma are struggling with this time of the year.

How can you help?

Why a teal scarf?
Among other things, teal is an internationally recognized colour to represent Military Sexual Trauma and PTSD.
Why knitting?
Knitting has it's own benefits as well. A bit like playing a video games, knitting is a great way to stay focus in the present and practice mindfulness. Many police and fire stations started to knit to help coping with stressful situations.
